It’s Back to School time!
Although we will miss seeing the kids play endlessly under the warm, summer sun and watching them chase lightning bugs into the balmy summer night, we now move to embrace the upcoming Back to School schedule with vigor and excitement. Well OK, this might be a little overstated. However, our attitudes do have such a big influence on our childrens' attitudes, that it’s time to get fired up about Back to School. You might even become inspired to tap into your own mental energy and creativity and pursue your own educational, recreational, or business aspirations.

Last week, I was in Artworks on the Square in Fayetteville talking with a couple artists. A sharply dressed, middle-aged lady walked in and stated that as her children were now in college, she would like to learn more about art in her newly found free time. She then asked if they had any volunteer opportunities available, which of course, they did. Wow, what a great example of self motivation, courage, and growth. Who knows where this opportunity could lead her.
